ORDER

After some arguments, learned counsel for writ petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition, but made a plea to preserve rights of the writ petitioner to file a 1/3

'Public Interest Litigation' ('PIL' for brevity) on the same cause of action.

2.Writ petitioner is permitted to withdraw albeit preserving the rights of the Writ Petitioner in the aforesaid manner. 3.Learned counsel has also made an endorsement in the case file, which reads as follows:

'It is submitted that the petitioner most respectfully prays to permit to withdraw with liberty to file public interest litigation on the same cause of action prayed in this main Writ Petition in W.P (MD)No.19913 of 2019'.

4.Endorsement is reiterated. In the light of endorsement in the case file and reiteration of the same, instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn preserving the rights of the writ petitioner to file a PIL on the same cause of action.
