This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 1/4

528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.509 of 2023 and to file charge sheet within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent, after completing the investigation, has filed the final report before the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai through e-filing on 29.06.2024 and he has also produced the copy of the report.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
