PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing to the 1st and 2nd Respondents to take appropriate action as against the 3rd respondent and his family members in the light of the order in Crl MP No.907/2025, dated 13.06.2025, on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Orathanadu, within the period stipulated by this Court.

The petitioner, with a grievance that even after the order passed by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Orathanadu in Crl.MP No.907 of 2025, dated 13.06.2025, the respondent police has not taken any steps on his complaint, has filed this petition.
2.Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 and submits that based on the order of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Orathanadu in Crl.MP No.907 of 2025, dated 13.06.2025, the respondent police have conducted an enquiry and closed the same as the complaint of this petitioner is a foisted one. A report to that effect has also been sent to the learned Judicial Magistrate on 16.07.2025. A copy of the report is also placed before this Court.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and the report of the respondent Police in Na.Ka.No.01/Oo.Ka.Ni.2025, this writ petition is closed, with a direction to the respondent police to furnish a copy of the closure report to this petitioner, enabling her to work out her remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
