ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned District Judge, Tenkasi, to expeditiously dispose of Trust O.P. No. 60 of 2024, which is pending on the file of the said Court. 2.According to the petitioner, the petitioner Trust had borrowed certain amounts from the Bank. Owing to the financial difficulties faced by the Trust, it defaulted in repayment of the loan, as a result of which recovery proceedings have been initiated against it. In order to tide over the financial constraints and to settle the outstanding dues payable to the respondent Bank, the petitioner has filed Trust O.P. No. 60 of 2024 before the learned District Judge, Tenkasi, seeking permission to sell certain properties belonging to the petitioner Trust. It is submitted that the said Original Petition has been pending without any progress for nearly two years.

3.It is further submitted that, in view of the pendency of the said Trust O.P., the petitioner is not in a position to settle the amount due to the respondent Bank and coercive steps have been initiated under SARFAESI Act.
