O R D E R
When the Second Appeal was listed on 23.06.2025, the following order was passed.
"The first appellant died as early as on 28.08.2024. Eventhough this Court on 26.03.2025 and 06.06.2025, granted time to take steps. However, no steps have been taken till today.
2. The learned counsel for the appellants seeks one more adjournment to take steps.
3. At his request, post the matter on 07.07.2025. It is made clear that if no steps are taken, the appeal will be dismissed as abated. "
2. Even today, when the Second Appeal is listed for hearing, no step has been taken to substitute the legal heirs of the first appellant. 2/4
3. In view of the same, this Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. However, there shall be no orders as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
