This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide life protection to the petitioner and his family at the hands of the respondents 4 to 10 and their men while carry out cultivation in the subject properties situated in S.Villakulam Village, Thiruchuli Taluk, Virudhunagar District, based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 27.09.2021. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that enquiry was conducted and closed on 20.02.2022.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
