The petitioner has submitted an application for survey of his land in S.No.1145/6, Madathupatti Village, Kadayanallur Taluk, Tenkasi, based on his document No.2817/2022, which was registered on the file of the Sub Registrar Office, Veerasigamani. 2.Mr.G.V.Vairam Santhosh, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents submits that based on the petitioner's application, steps have been taken to survey his land and they have visited his building. They found that the document No.2817/2022 has been registered without four boundaries. In the absence of boundaries, they are not in a position to identify the property and conduct the survey. 2/4

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed as no further directions can be issued in this writ petition. No costs. 31.07.2023 NCC : Yes / No.
