The petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the case based on the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate (FAC), Ambasamudram in Cr.M.P.No.2041 of 2019 dated 24.07.2019

2. Heard both sides.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the learned Judicial Magistrate (FAC), Ambasamuthiram, in Cr.M.P.No.2041 of 2019, by an order, dated 24.07.2019, directed the second respondent to register the case and investigate the same under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C., even after receipt of the same, the second respondent did not register the case as directed by the learned Judicial Magistrate and hence, the petitioner has filed this petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the second 1/2

CRL.O.P (MD) No.14679 of 2019 respondent is directed to register the case as directed by the learned Judicial Magistrate (FAC), Ambasamuthiram, under Section 156

(3) Cr.P.C. in Crl.M.P.No.2041 of 2019, dated 24.07.2019, forthwith.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
