PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to register the sale deed, in favour of this petitioner as per the confirmed e-auction and receipt of auction money from the petitioner in consequence of the auction held on 24.01.2023, of the property land and building situated at Kuthukalvalasai Village, S.No.184/2, K.R.Colony, D.No.5-263(4), within an extent of 3.17 cents (1380 Sq.Feet - 128.21 Sq.Meters) in consequence of the SARFAESI Acts and Rules, for the loan account of 4th respondent and pass such further to pay Rs.7,00,000/- to the petitioner towards compensation as described above.
