ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the second respondent to sub divide and issue patta to the petitioner in respect of the property situated in Survey No.139/2, Vadugapatti Village, Viralimalai Taluk, Pudukottai District, as per the order passed by the first respondent, dated 03.12.2024 in Na.Ka.No.3191/2023, by considering his representation dated 08.05.2025.
2.Heard the arguments of Mr.R.Paranjothi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Jeya Priya, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2. Since no adverse order
is passed against the third respondent, notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.
3.By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

According to the petitioner, based on a compromise entered between the petitioner and third respondent, the first respondent passed an order dated 03.12.2024 directing the second respondent to issue patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of 0.62.5 Ares of land in Survey No.139/2B3. Though the first respondent directed the second respondent to take further action, the second respondent has not issued subdivision number and patta. Hence, the petitioner submitted a representation on 08.05.2025 before the second respondent, seeking issuance of patta, as per the order passed by the first respondent. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court. 5.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that when the second respondent
attempted to conduct a survey of the subject property, the petitioner failed to co-operate and therefore, no further action has been taken. 6.In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the second respondent for conducting survey of the subject property. The second respondent shall consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.05.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in the light of the order passed by the first respondent dated 03.12.2024, after issuing notice to the petitioner and third respondent. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
