ORDER

The criminal original petition has been filed seeking transfer of investigation in Crime No.296/2021, from the file of the second respondent and transfer the same to some other unbiased police or agency.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on 22.11.2021, the respondent police had filed the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Keeraoor. 3.Therefore, there is no investigation pending on the file of the second respondent.
