ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused No.4, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b) (ii)(C) and Section 25 of NDPS Act, 1985, in Crime No.63 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the trial Court, by order dated 15.12.2025, has acquitted A1 to A5. Hence, no further orders are required in this petition.
