ORDER

The present writ petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 3rd respondent to issue a Overseas Citizen of India Card to the petitioner's son namely Akash with required payment, under Section 7-A of the Citizenship Act -1955, based on the online file Ref No: INDC01B0BN16, and consequent representation dated 11.07.2025 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by the Court.

2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 11.07.2025 and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above said observations, the writ petition is disposed of. There is shall no order as to cost. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition closed.
