ORDER

Alleging that the order of this Court dated 24.03.2023, made in W.P. (MD).No.6420 of 2023 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition. 2.When this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that as against the order dated 24.03.2023 passed in WP(MD)No.6420 of 2023, the respondents have filed a writ appeal in W.A.(MD)No.528 of 2024 and the Division Bench of this Court granted stay on 27.03.2024.

3. Since the writ appeal has been filed and stay has been granted as against the order dated 24.03.2023 passed in WP(MD)No.6420 of 2023, this contempt petition is closed.
