ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner / Accused No.1, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 07.05.2025 for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c) read with 20(c)(ii)(C) of the NDPS Act, 1985, in Cr. No.139 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 017.05.2025, at about 11.30 a.m., based on the secret information, the respondent police went to the occurrence place and found that the accused persons were in illegal possession of 105 kgs of Ganja. Hence the case.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, no representation for the petitioner. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that already the 2/4

petitioner was released on mandatory bail as per the order passed by the trial Court in Crl. M.P. No.6346 of 2025 dated 05.11.2025.

4.Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
