ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner on 24.03.2026 in Crl.M.P(MD)No. 1/4
16130 of 2020 in Crl.A.(MD)No.787 of 2025.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the petitioner, while regularly complying with the condition No.8(ii), by reporting before the Othakkadai Police Station, Madurai, daily at 10.30 a.m., has not complied with the condition No.8(iii), as he has not filed an affidavit of undertaking before the respondent Police that he will not visit the scene village pending the appeal.
3. Since the petitioner has not complied with the condition No. 8(iii), this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. 01.07.2026 ogy Note: Issue order copy on 03.07.2026 2/4
