ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.08.2019, seeking to revoke the order of suspension and reinstate the petitioner into service, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

2.According to the petitioner, he was appointed as Panchayat Assistant on 03.07.2008. Based on the complaint given by one R.Ramachandran, he was placed under suspension by the respondent, vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.6874/2015/Ka4, dated 27.07.2018. Thereafter, a charge memo was issued to him. Now, the petitioner has come out with the present Writ petition seeking to revoke the order of suspension and reinstate him into service. 3.Mr.V.R.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that now the respondent is conducting disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner and therefore, revocation of suspension at this juncture cannot be considered.

W.P.(MD) No.19753 of 2019 petitioner, the respondent/the District Collector, Thanjavur District, vide proceedings dated 20.09.2019, has paid the subsistence allowance to the petitioner and therefore, he prayed for dismissal of the Writ Petition.

4.Recording the above said submission of the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, this Writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
