[Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] This petition is filed to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the body or person of the petitioner's father, the detenu namely, A.Malaisamy, S/o.Arukugam, aged about 56 years before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for State of Tamilnadu (Crl.Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.72 of 2026 under the category 'Man Missing' has been registered by the 3rd respondent. He would further submit that during the course of investigation, the alleged detenu was traced and he has been handed over to the petitioner.
