ORDER

The petitioner is the sole accused in Crime No.551 of 2024 on the file of the respondent Police registered for the offence under Section 293 BNS. He has moved this petition seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.551 of 2024 registered against him.

2. When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that investigation in Crime No.551 of 2024 has already been completed and the final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tirunelveli and the same has been taken on file in S.T.C.No.92 of 2025.

3. In view of the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
