This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to dispense with the production of certified copy of the charge sheet in CC No.223 of 2018, on the file of the Judicial 1/3

Magistrate No.IV, Thoothukudi.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner by referring to the copy application filed before the trial Court and the endorsement made by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Thoothukudi submits that the entire case records have been called for by this Court, in connection with Crl.RC No.157 of 2019 and therefore, the trial Court is not in a position to serve the certified copy of the charge sheet in CC No.223 of 2018.
