... 7 to 9 Respondents/ 3 to 5 Respondents/1 to 3 Defendants PRAYER : Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and decreetal order, dated 01.09.2018 in I.A.No.275 of 2015 in O.S.No.207 of 2014 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Musiri. ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition is coming upon for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time for Lower Court" and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 23.04.2024 and the requisition letter submitted by the Additional District Munsif , Musiri, in D.No.433/2025 dated 04.7.2025 this Court made the following order:- "This Court, by order dated 23.04.2024, directed the Court below to dispose of the case in O.S.No.207 of 2014 on or before 31.12.2024.

2. Thereafter, heeding to the request of the learned Additional District Munsif (FAC), Musiri, vide letter dated 22.01.2025, this Court by order dated 21.02.2025, extended time till 30.06.2025.

3. Now, the learned Additional District Munsif, Musiri, once again addressed a letter in D.No.433/2025, dated 04.07.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, he requested further six months time to comply with the order dated 23.04.2024 made in this Civil Revision Petition.

4. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, six months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order dated 23.04.2024."
