O R D E R

The present Writ Petition is filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to grant individual Patta in the name of the petitioner from the joint Patta bearing No.5455 in old S.No. 166/8B and New S.No.39 to an extent of 1110 Sq.ft as per the description of property mentioned in the sale deed bearing Doc.No.1441/1995 dated 13.07.1995 based on online application No.2026/0154/24/005050 submitted by the petitioner dated 14.06.2026. Since the said online application is pending without being considered, the petitioner is seeking to consider the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the Government of Tamil Nadu.

3. This Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, is directing the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's online application No.2026/0154/24/005050 dated Page No. 2 of 4

14.06.2026, based on the sale deed and other document, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the rival claimants, if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
