ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.330 of 2018 on the file of the second respondent within a period fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that investigation has already been completed and charge sheet is made ready as early as on 30.11.2018 and seeks one week time to file a charge sheet before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to file a charge sheet before the jurisdictional Court within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
