The petitioner with a grievance that his compliant dated 05.03.2025 has not been acted upon by the respondent police, has filed this writ petition, seeking a direction to the respondent police to enquire on his complaint.

2.Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 submits that the petitioner said to have supplied Computers to one Om Sri Vivekananda Education, Ramalingapuram,Salem/the third respondent herein and has lodged a complaint that the third respondent has cheated the petitioner. He further submits that the Inspector of Police District, Crime Branch, Karur has conducted an enquiry in C.No.G6/PEt/GDP/177/KRR/2025, dated 05.03.2025 and 71/DCB/KRR/2025, dated 10.03.2025 and closed the complaint of this petitioner on 16.04.2025, by advising the parties to settle the issue before the appropriate forum.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is closed, with a direction to the respondent police to furnish a copy of the closure report to this petitioner, enabling him to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
