Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.V.KATHIRVELU, Senior Counsel for M/S.ANANDAN B, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed seeking for extension of the interim order passed in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.5520 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.8173 of 2023. 2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondent police have filed a complaint against the petitioner for the offence under Sections 7A(1)(2), 32 and 41 r/w Rule 61G and 61F, Sections 41 Rule 61M(1)(7) (e) and Section 41 Rule 61F of Factory Act, 1948 and the petitioner has also challenged the same vide Crl.O.P. (MD) No.8173 of 2022.

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 29.04.2022, this Court had passed interim orders and are not extended after 6 months. 3.Considering the circumstances, list the main Criminal Original Petition on 19.09.2023 under the caption for final hearing, until then the interim orders granted on 29.04.2022 are extended.
