This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Subordinate Court, Sivakasi, to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.33 of 2023 within the time to be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard Mr.Murali, learned Counsel for the petitioner. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3.The petitioner herein filed a divorce petition in H.M.O.P.No.33 of 2023 against the respondent on the ground of cruelty. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said petition has been pending for the past two years without any progress. Hence, he seeks expeditious disposal of the petition.

4.Considering the limited request of the petitioner, this Court directs the trial Court to dispose of the petition in H.M.O.P.No.33 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible based upon the seniority of the cases. 5.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
