2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner did not comply the condition imposed on him regularly.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
