Decree:- This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal coming on Tuesday, the Fifth day of January Two Thousand Twenty One for hearing, upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the Award of the Lower Court and the material papers in the Appeal and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Srinivasa Raghavan, Advocate for the Appellant and Mr.S. Ramesh, Advocate for Respondent No. 1 and and no appearnace for Respondent No.2 either in person or through advocate, this Court doth and decree as follows.

1. that the award dated 27.02.2015 made in M.C.O.P No.28 of 2012 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Chief Judicial Magistrate), Ramanathapuram be and hereby is confirmed and the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is Dismissed.

2. that the appellant herein/ Insurance Company be and hereby is directed to deposit the entire amount with accrued interest and costs within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not deposited already.
