This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner on his representation dated 08.08.2019 and 09.08.2019.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) on instructions would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and the complaint was closed recording the statement made by both the parties that the third respondent has no objection to lay the pipe line comprised in Survey No.28/3, 4, 5 and also the third respondent undertakes that he would not disturb the pipe line at the time of harvesting. 4.Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, the second respondent is directed to ensure the third respondent restraining from disturbing the pipe line used by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
