ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter was taken up for hearing on 27.10.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption "For Dismissal".

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner has been arrested in another case.

3. Since the petitioner has been arrested in another case, the prayer sought for in the petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
