This petition has been filed as against the order passed by the learned I Additional District Munsif, Tirunelveli in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No.234 of 2016, dated 09.04.2019, dated 09.04.2019. 2.Today(18.10.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, Registry has submitted the case details that the main suit in O.S.No. 234 of 2016 itself has been disposed of on 15.12.2021 itself. 3.The learned counsel appearing on either side also confirmed the same.
