Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings vide Se.Mu.No.1064/2022/S7 dated 28.04.2023 issued by the 6th respondent as null and void in devoid of merits which was removed the service of the petitioner from the post of SA-BRP in 6th Res (MGNREGS) and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents that not to disengage the petitioner as SA-BRP in (MGNREGS) since there is artificial break done by 6th respondent and regularize the petitioner's service by considering the service rendered by the petitioner as SA-BRP for past 9 years.
