14/09/2021 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. BALASUBRAMANIAN.S., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Govt. Advocate (CRL Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time for executing the sureties as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.13492 of 2021 dated 14.09.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the order copy was made ready on 20.09.2021, the petitioner could not mobilize the fund within the time stipulated by this Court.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed and the time is extended by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.9043 of 2021 ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, for the petitioner to comply with the order dated 14.09.2021 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13492 of 2021.
