Advocate (CRL Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.11009 of 2021, dated 10.08.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has complied the condition from 27.08.2021 to 27.10.2021, without fail.

3. The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police. 4.Since the petitioner has complied the condition without fail, the condition is fully relaxed.
