Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the impugned order of the 4th respondent dated 05.03.2018 denying the petitioner promotion and quash the same and further direct the respondents to promote and regularize the petitioner in the vacancy caused by the retirement of Mrs.Kalyani in S.N.R.
