O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to conduct an inquiry with regard to the complaint given by the petitioner on 28.06.2019 by issuing notice to the parties.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner had only submitted a representation without enclosing any relevant documents or paying the necessary fee, and that he is required to file an online application.

3. In view of the above submission, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to submit an online application along with the requisite fee and relevant documents, seeking cancellation of patta. If such an application is submitted by the petitioner, the third respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the same, after issuing notice to the petitioner, the fourth respondent and any other persons interested in the subject property and to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks 2/4

from the date of receipt of such application. In the event of any rival claims, the same may be agitated before the competent civil court. No costs.
