The petitioner/the defacto complainant in Crime No.8 of 2024 has filed this petition seeking to transfer the investigation which is pending on the file of the 2nd respondent Police to any other investigating agency.

2. When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the final report in Crime No. 8 of 2024 has already been filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Manamadurai, on 17.07.2025, through e-filing in No.LTN20220002648C 202500028.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
