ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the petitioner committed offence against the Society and thereby cheated to the tune of huge amount. Therefore, they are about to register the F.I.R as against the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, not to harass does not arise as it will affect the investigation. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
