PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the impugned online rejection order passed by the second respondent vide application No.TN-720260323484 dated 23.03.2026 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of principles of natural justice and consequently directing the 1/4
