This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the Contemnor / respondent herein for her willful disobedience of the order in W.P(MD)No.27901 of 2023 dated 27.11.2023 on the file of this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that as per the direction of this Court, some records and documents have been submitted before the investigation officer and some more documents are not produced. So that the enquiry could not be completed.

3. Let the respondent inform the petitioner what are all the documents are required for completing the enquiry so that the same may be complied by the petitioner.

4. With the above said direction, this Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
