This Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records of the impugned summon in Na.ka. No.5227/2021/A4 issued by the first respondent, dated 06.10.2021 and to quash the same.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the writ petition is directed against the summon, dated 06.10.2021 issued by the first respondent, directing the petitioner as well as the second respondent to appear for enquiry; that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, the Revenue Division Officer has passed an order, dated 30.03.2022 and that the second respondent has preferred a revision before the District Revenue Officer, Madurai and that the District Revenue Officer has also passed an order, dated 10.04.2023, directing the parties to approach the competent civil Court.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondents would submit that since the Revenue Division Officer has already passed orders consequent to the impugned notice, dated 06.10.2021, nothing survives further adjudication in this writ petition. 2/4

4. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
