O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.5 of 2021 registered on the file of the first respondent.

2.The prime accused and the victim have married each other. The marriage certificate has also been enclosed. In these circumstances, permitting the prosecution to continue will not serve the ends of justice. Therefore, the impugned FIR is quashed and the criminal original petition is allowed.
