ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking the issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.04.2026, to conduct fresh elections to the third respondent, Trichy Customs Agents Association, registered under Registration No. 38/2016, within a stipulated time, and consequently to take appropriate action against the office bearers of the Association for violation of their statutory obligations.

2.Though the petitioner has sought a larger relief in the Writ Petition, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner now submits that the petitioner 2/4

would be satisfied if this Court grants liberty to approach the competent civil Court for appropriate relief.

3.In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent civil Court for appropriate relief. No costs.
