Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.I.ROBERT CHANDRAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SANJAI GANDHI, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.6178 of 2021, in Crl.A.(MD)No.357 of 2021, dated 17.09.2021.

3. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) fairly admitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4. In view of the above submission made by both side counsel, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court as and when required by the Court. This petition is allowed accordingly.
