Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MS. VELMURUGAN.P, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.9650 of 2023 on 05.06.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying the condition imposed by this Court regularly. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners have been complying the condition regularly. 4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9650 of 2023 on 05.06.2023 is modified and the petitioner shall report

before the respondent Police once in a week (i.e) on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
