KARUNAKARAN.K.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Govt. Advocate (CRL Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time for executing the sureties as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.6698 of 2021 dated 12.05.2021.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that suddenly, the first petitioner was affected with viral fever, due to which, the petitioners could not comply with the conditions as ordered by this Court. However, to show their bonafide, they are willing to deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- jointly to any organization as directed by this Court.
3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.
4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, that they have not filed any petition for executing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CRL MP(MD) No.9004 of 2021 the sureties immediately and their willingness to deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- jointly , this petition is allowed on condition that the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.15,000/- ( Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) jointly to the District Green Committee, Thanjavur District and the time is extended by ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, for the petitioners to comply with the order dated 12.05.2021 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6698 of 2021. sd/- 29/10/2021 / TRUE COPY / / /2021 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
