This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to give police protection for the petitioner's life and limb as well as to survey the property and to fix boundaries stone in S.Nos.13/2A & 12/2B situated at Mallapuram, Soolapuram Village, Peraiyur Taluk, Madurai District, on the basis of his representation, dated 23.08.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that considering the complaint given by the petitioner dated 23.08.2022, survey was already conducted. Hence, nothing survives was further adjudication in this petition.
