ORDER

The petitioner's husband is presently in jail. The petitioner's husband had allegedly murdered the petitioner's mother. Therefore, the petitioner had to leave the matrimonial house. The petitioner wants to collect her sreedhana articles. Therefore, she wants to be provided with adequate police protection.

2. I am afraid that such relief cannot be granted under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., It is open to the petitioner to move the jurisdictional Court under the relevant provisions of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. If such a petition is filed, the jurisdictional Court shall number the same and consider the petitioner's request on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
