RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police Station, Tirunelveli daily i.e morning at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl OP(MD) No.11784/2023 dt.30.06.2023 in Crime No.74/2023 on the file of the respondent police.

Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. ANANDHARAJ.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.11784 of 2023 on 30.06.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition imposed by this Court regularly. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly. 4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11784 of 2023 on 30.06.2023 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police once in a week (i.e) on every Monday at 10.30

a.m. until further orders.
