O R D E R

This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking for a direction to the respondent Police to expedite the investigation in Crime No.205 of 2019 on the file of the respondent Police. 1/4

2. According to learned counsel for the petitioner / defacto complainant that even though Police have registered a case in Crime No.205 of 2019, there is no substantial progress in the investigation, hence, sought for suitable directions.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that, so far two witnesses were examined in this case and that even though has been issued to the petitioner to file all the documents relating to the offence, he has given records only to the extent of Rs.3,00,000/- though he has alleged that he has advanced a sum of Rs.52,00.000/.

4. Considering the circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, directing the petitioner to submit and all the documents in respect of money which the petitioner has allegedly advanced to the accused and on giving of such documents, the respondent Police are directed to complete the investigation as quickly as possible not later than twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
